This policy requires that sellers act fairly and honestly on to ensure a safe buying and selling experience.

All sellers must:

  • Provide accurate information to and our customers all time.
  • Act fairly and not misuse Website features or services.
  • Not attempt to abuse or damage other Sellers, their product listings, or ratings.
  • Not attempt to change customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews.
  • Not send inappropriate communications.
  • Not contact customers except through Buyer-Seller Messaging and Support Tickets.
  • Not operate more than one selling account on without a legitimate business need.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind after order or Ordered by mistake or Twice Ordered:

The products which buyer ordered by mistake or Twice ordered or changed your mind after order will be refunded only when it is informed us in the same day. All fees which was involved in buyer's order placing will be deducted from total amount before refunding because we don't have that fees amount with us except our platform fee and we can only refund by deducting all fees.

Deduction Fee includes our Platform fee, any Production fee, Payment Gateway fee, any Currency Conversion fee, Payment Transferring fee charged by bank while sending payment from our account to your account.
